Our Y5/6 Girls Football team took part in the U11's Girls ESFA Cup on Thursday 25th September. They played their hearts out in each game and did us really proud!

To support some of our children escape the busy lunch time we have developed our Key Stage 2 slam jam Basket Ball club.
Thanks to Unfolding Theatre, pupils across school were able to make their very own wonderful wings for dragons. The children were thrilled by the performance and wanted to watch even more of the spectacular show!
The Year 6 Children have been travelling around Tynemouth considering how tourism and industry have affected businesses and landmarks in the area.
We have been made aware that several titles in the Spy Dogs, Spy Pup and Spy Cat series by Andew Pope contain a weblink at the back of the book that no longer directs people to information about the book. Instead, the link had been compromised and now leads to inappropriate and unsafe material, containing pornographic content with no age restrictions.
The Children in Year 2 have been developing their knowledge of their local area by completing a local study of the Ouseburn in Geography. They stopped at the Farm, Seven Stories and walked alongside the river.
Children took part in creating their own sound scapes with objects found in the environment, they listened to sounds within the pond compost heap, and inside trees, took part in pond dipping and drew sound waves.
