Good morning boys and girls, welcome back to another week of 'School at Home'.
Can you believe we are into the final week of this half term? WOW where has that time gone?!
We hope you are all continuing to stay safe and spending quality time with your loved ones.
TODAY WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!
I HOPE YOU'RE SITTING DOWN AND GOT HOLD OF YOUR HATS!!!!!
Over the weekend, Mrs Smith had a VERY important delivery. We now have class pets. Can you guess what they are?! I will give you a clue...
They start as an egg and become a beautiful butterfly through a process called 'Metamorphism' (We will be learning more about this). YES THATS RIGHT, WE HAVE CATERPILLARS!!!!!!
You will see by the photo attached that they are extremely small. So I have attached some baby photos of myself and Mrs Smith. Can you guess who is who? Why not send some baby photos of you in to the Byker Books page and we can see if we can recognise anyone!
We are going to keep you posted with the growth and development of our caterpillars every day so we can observe the process happening with our own eyes.
Below is also your Math and English work. Please remember, there is absolutely no pressure for you to complete it, only do so if you wish.
As always Reception, keep smiling
Miss Bell & Mrs Smith
