Hello, hello, hello!! It’s your Year 4 teachers here again. Are you ready for another fabulous week of online learning? We do hope so.
While we were looking for something interesting to share with you on this Monday morning, something really caught our eyes, or should we say our stomachs. Did you know it was National Biscuit Day on the 14th May? We couldn't believe it! If there is one thing worth celebrating it is the mighty biscuit. Have a look at the report to find out the nation's favourite biscuits.
You might have noticed some small changes to the website this week. We are now going to have a weekly page and everything you need for this week is on this page! Each week there will be a plan (read this first) with lots of activities for you to try. Please don't feel you have to do it all. Just do what you can. We hope you continue to enjoy your learning!
There will be a daily activity for:
There will also be something for Science, Art, Music and Geography.
Please have a look at the plan above to find out what we have in store for you today. Your bonus lesson is ... MUSIC. We hope you're all feeling musical! Make sure you put on 'THE GREATEST SHOW!'
Have a go at today's PSHCE activity all about washing your hands and an Geography lesson about the UNKNOWN??? (Check the planning document above for extra information!)
Today's PSHCE activity is all about how to be a 'pro' at social distancing. There is even a song about it! Today's extra task is another Geography activity. (Remember to keep checking the planning document above for extra information).
PSHCE activity no.4 is all about sneezing safely. Follow the rules of CATCH IT, BIN IT, KILL IT! Can you create an advert to promote this important message? There is also a lovely art activity to complete. Lots of drawing today, so have fun! (Check the planning document above for more information).
Our final PSHCE activity is all about road safety. There is also a shockingly good Science lesson to do, all about Electricity. (Everything you need is on the planning document above).
Have a brilliant weekend everyone!
