Happy Wednesday Year 2,
Half way through another week already! I don't know about you but I am finding that the weeks are going very quickly.
I thought I would share some little tips to help keep you motivated and thinking positively during these strange times. They have really helped me so hopefully they will help you too.
1. Every morning when you wake up, think of 1 thing that you are grateful for.
It doesn't have to be something big, it can be anything that you feel thankful for.
2. Make a list of things you are going to do in the day. I put 3 things on my list every morning but you can put as many as you like.
These can be any jobs or activities that you want to get done before you go to bed. e.g. Make your bed in the morning, read part of a book and help your grownup to make lunch. It feels really good ticking them off as you go through the day.
I hope these tips will help you to stay focused and I can't wait to hear some of the things you have been up to since we closed!
