Good morning Year 3!
How are you today?
Have you ever tried yoga? Last week, the children in school tried this (some of them for the first time) and they loved it! They said afterwards that they felt calm, peaceful and relaxed.
Try it and think about how you feel at the end...
Now you will hopefully feel settled and ready to attempt today's learning tasks. Remember, this should not take you the full morning. Afterwards, it is time to play, have fun and get some fresh air! We always feel so much better after spending some time outside.
