Hello again everyone!
It's half way through the week already! Doesn't time fly?!
Today I went for a run this morning and achieved a new personal best: 4 kilometres in 29:47! I'm really proud of myself because I couldn't run much at all before lockdown but I've been practicing really hard. My aim is to be able to run 5 kilometres by my birthday (July 18th). I wonder if you've developed any skills or set any targets?
