Byker Primary School

Good morning everyone.

Well after a rainy start to the day, what a lovely afternoon we had by the sea.  I hope it was just as sunny in Newcastle.

Still no butterflies!  I have noticed the cocoons are a little darker in places, which I hope means that by the end of the week (fingers crossed) there will be something to report.

Pirate Pete and his friend Pat have come to help us with phonics today and we have more practise and games working with numbers up to 20.  The Numberblocks are going to help us today, so enjoy watching.

Have a lovely day and be safe.

Mrs Smith.

Happy Tuesday everyone!!!

I hope you all had a wonderful start to the week and enjoyed your daily tasks. The weather started off miserable and wet, but Mr Sunshine put his hat on towards the end of the day which always cheers everyone up.

I thought we could start today off with a sing song (one of my favourite things to do). I have linked some of our favourite class songs for you to introduce to your families.

I have also uploaded todays work below. I thought we would continue with Rhyming in English and Doubling in Maths. I hope you enjoy these tasks, and remember, only complete them if you wish. If you do choose to do them, ensure to have fun whilst doing so.

As always my darlings, keep smiling!
